2 servings:

4 pineapple rings

1 large handful of raspberries

250g low –fat natural yogurt

4 ice cubes

What you need to do now? Just blend all the ingredients and enjoy.

Nutrition: Zinc, Vitamin C, beta-carotene, potassium, iron, fibre, calcium and more.

 

Strawberry heaven ❤

2 servings:

4 pineapple rings

1 large handful strawberries

250g low-fat natural yogurt

4 ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Nutrition: Zinc, vitamin C and E, folic acid, potassium, iron, calcium, amino-acids and more.

 

Berry va va voom ❤

2 servings:

1 handful blueberries

2 oranges

250g low-fat yogurt

4 ice-cubes

Juice the orange, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
