Delicious Hangover Cure

Had a little bit too much fun yesterday? Feeling like your head is about to explode? Hangovers are the worst! Things get worst as we get older! Thankfully, there’s an easy way to fix your throbbing head. Try this delicious hangover cure smoothie. It will help you to re-hydrate, replenish lost minerals and soothe inflammation.

What do you need?

2 medium oranges

1 large handful strawberries

1 large handful blackberries

1 large handful blueberries

1 large handful raspberries

1 banana

100g low-fat yogurt

Juice the oranges and pour into the blender. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.

How will it help with my hangover?

The oranges are rich in vitamin C, folic acid and potassium – those minerals you will need to replenish after heavy drinking. The natural sugars will help to raise depleted blood sugar in your system. The natural bacteria will help to supply with healthy bacteria in your gut. The organic water will re-hydrate your body.
