Yogurt chocolate cake with pears and walnuts

Finally, I have time to bake something! Do you remember recipe for yogurt & raspberry cake? Few weeks ago, I used the same recipe to bake cake with the canned tropical fruits. Today I add cocoa powder and put pears and walnuts on the top. This cake is super quick to prepare – I can do it only during my LO’s very short day naps 😀

Ingredients:

190 g plain flour

10 g cocoa powder

100 g sugar

1 tsp vanilla sugar

1 tsp bicarbonate soda

2 eggs

200 ml natural yogurt

70 ml oil

1 or 2 sliced pears from can

crushed walnuts for garnish

Method:

In one bowl combine dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, sugar and soda. In another one combine wet ingredients: eggs, yogurt and oil. Wet ingredients mix with dry ones. Pour mixture to cake tin. On the top put sliced pears and crushed walnuts. Bake in 180C for 25 min.
